Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2BC7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible H2BC7-associated genes across cancer lineages are H3P18, RNU6-369P, and RNA5SP22. Each is linked with H2BC7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2BC7-to-partner and partner-to-H2BC7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H3P18 grouped by H2BC7-low versus H2BC7-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2BC7→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2BC7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
