H2BC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2BC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,053 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2BC3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TTK_S436, RANBP2_S3207, and NCAPD2. Each is linked with H2BC3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2BC3-to-partner and partner-to-H2BC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, H2BC3 versus TTK_S436 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2BC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2BC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
