Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, H2BC3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated H2BC3 data layer compared with 4 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher H2BC3 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated H2BC3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and ACC show a favorable association.
LIHC, THCA, and LGG are the cancer types where H2BC3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
