H2BC20P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2BC20P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,861 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2BC20P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DHX9, SCAMP3, and TRRAP. Each is linked with H2BC20P in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2BC20P-to-partner and partner-to-H2BC20P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, H2BC20P versus DHX9 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2BC20P→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2BC20P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
