Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2BC18 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,023 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible H2BC18-associated genes across cancer lineages are NAPA, RGS22, and KIAA0040. Each is linked with H2BC18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2BC18-to-partner and partner-to-H2BC18 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2BC18→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2BC18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
