H2AP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2AP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,035 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SYTL5_S169, FAM114A2, and DYNLT3. Each is linked with H2AP in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AP-to-partner and partner-to-H2AP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2AP→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2AP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
