Across TCGA cell cohorts, H2AP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 371 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pyramidal neuron development, Response to fluid shear stress, and Response to topologically incorrect protein. Each is linked with H2AP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AP-to-partner and partner-to-H2AP results are reported.
