H2AL1QP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2AL1QP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,539 significant associations in total. ESCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AL1QP-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4288, CAPN8, and HNF4G. Each is linked with H2AL1QP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AL1QP-to-partner and partner-to-H2AL1QP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, H2AL1QP versus MIR4288 in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2AL1QP→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2AL1QP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
