Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, H2AL1QP RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated H2AL1QP data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher H2AL1QP RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated H2AL1QP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

SKCM, UVM, and ESCA are the cancer types where H2AL1QP RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
