Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2AL1QP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,095 significant associations in total. LGG shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AL1QP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Intracellular glucose homeostasis, Mitochondrial membrane organization, and Regulation of mitochondrial outer membrane permeabilization involved in apoptotic signaling pathway. Each is linked with H2AL1QP in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AL1QP-to-partner and partner-to-H2AL1QP results are reported.
