H2AJ

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2AJ RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,766 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AJ-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CHAMP1_S214, CHAMP1_S476, and IKZF3. Each is linked with H2AJ in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AJ-to-partner and partner-to-H2AJ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, H2AJ versus CHAMP1_S214 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2AJ→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2AJ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
