H2AJ

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2AJ mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AJ-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, Akt_pT308, and ASNS. Each is linked with H2AJ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AJ-to-partner and partner-to-H2AJ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by H2AJ-low versus H2AJ-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2AJ→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2AJ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
