Across TCGA cell cohorts, H2AJ RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,487 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AJ-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial RNA metabolic process, Regulation of viral entry into host cell, and Positive regulation of alpha-beta T cell proliferation. Each is linked with H2AJ in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AJ-to-partner and partner-to-H2AJ results are reported.
