Across TCGA cell cohorts, H2AJ mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,502 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AJ-associated genes across cancer lineages are ALPP, NBPF10, and VTN. Each is linked with H2AJ in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AJ-to-partner and partner-to-H2AJ results are reported.
