H2AC6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2AC6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,310 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AC6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZKSCAN1, UBR7, and AURKB. Each is linked with H2AC6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AC6-to-partner and partner-to-H2AC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, H2AC6 versus ZKSCAN1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2AC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2AC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
