H2AC3P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2AC3P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,516 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AC3P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of microtubule polymerization, Response to monosaccharide, and Glycerophospholipid biosynthetic process. Each is linked with H2AC3P in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AC3P-to-partner and partner-to-H2AC3P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of microtubule polymerization grouped by H2AC3P-low versus H2AC3P-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2AC3P→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2AC3P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
