H2AB3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2AB3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 1,815 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AB3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VAMP5, PKN2, and TRIM28_S258. Each is linked with H2AB3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AB3-to-partner and partner-to-H2AB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, H2AB3 versus VAMP5 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2AB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2AB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
