H2AB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, H2AB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,494 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF865, ZNF628, and ZNF579. Each is linked with H2AB2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AB2-to-partner and partner-to-H2AB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, H2AB2 versus ZNF865 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2AB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2AB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
