Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, H2AB2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated H2AB2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher H2AB2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated H2AB2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUSC, LGG, and BLCA are the cancer types where H2AB2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
