H2AB2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, H2AB2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 182 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNRC6B, L3MBTL2, and PXMP4. Each is linked with H2AB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AB2-to-partner and partner-to-H2AB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, H2AB2 versus TNRC6B in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2AB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2AB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
