H2AB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2AB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP205, MIR1266, and LINC02307. Each is linked with H2AB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AB1-to-partner and partner-to-H2AB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP205 grouped by H2AB1-low versus H2AB1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2AB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2AB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
