Across TCGA cell cohorts, H2AB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,163 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible H2AB1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of tumor necrosis factor-mediated signaling pathway, Negative regulation of tumor necrosis factor-mediated signaling pathway, and Negative regulation of hemopoiesis. Each is linked with H2AB1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AB1-to-partner and partner-to-H2AB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of tumor necrosis factor-mediated signaling pathway grouped by H2AB1-low versus H2AB1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
