H1-3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H1-3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H1-3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, JNK2, and Paxillin. Each is linked with H1-3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H1-3-to-partner and partner-to-H1-3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by H1-3-low versus H1-3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H1-3→partner) and Y-score (partner→H1-3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
