Across TCGA cell cohorts, H1-3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,110 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H1-3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of stress granule assembly, Regulation of stem cell differentiation, and Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-independent decay. Each is linked with H1-3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H1-3-to-partner and partner-to-H1-3 results are reported.
