H1-12P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H1-12P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,021 significant associations in total. THCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H1-12P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to CENP-A containing chromatin, Protein localization to chromatin, and Protein localization to chromosome, centromeric region. Each is linked with H1-12P in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H1-12P-to-partner and partner-to-H1-12P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H1-12P→partner) and Y-score (partner→H1-12P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
