Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, H1-1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,796 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible H1-1-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2BC3, H2BC14, and H1-5. Each is linked with H1-1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H1-1-to-partner and partner-to-H1-1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, H1-1 versus H2BC3 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H1-1→partner) and Y-score (partner→H1-1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
