Across TCGA patient cohorts, H1-1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,895 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H1-1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCGR3B, CXCL5, and CXCR2. Each is linked with H1-1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H1-1-to-partner and partner-to-H1-1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, H1-1 versus FCGR3B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.
