H1-1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H1-1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 388 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H1-1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRM3, ATPAF2, and TSPY16P. Each is linked with H1-1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H1-1-to-partner and partner-to-H1-1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRM3 grouped by H1-1-low versus H1-1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H1-1→partner) and Y-score (partner→H1-1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
