Across TCGA patient cohorts, H1-1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H1-1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRDX1, Rictor_pT1135, and VHL. Each is linked with H1-1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H1-1-to-partner and partner-to-H1-1 results are reported.
