H1-0

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H1-0 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,774 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H1-0-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCR2, LYVE1, and FCGR3B. Each is linked with H1-0 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H1-0-to-partner and partner-to-H1-0 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H1-0→partner) and Y-score (partner→H1-0) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
