H1-0

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H1-0 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,470 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H1-0-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL83P, DYNLT3P2, and RNU6-1213P. Each is linked with H1-0 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H1-0-to-partner and partner-to-H1-0 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H1-0→partner) and Y-score (partner→H1-0) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
