The most reproducible GXYLT1P4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Autophagosome organization, Regulation of chromatin organization, and tRNA metabolic process. Each is linked with GXYLT1P4 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GXYLT1P4-to-partner and partner-to-GXYLT1P4 results are reported.
