Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GXYLT1P4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GXYLT1P4 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher GXYLT1P4 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GXYLT1P4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and GBM show a favorable association.
UCEC, UCS, and KICH are the cancer types where GXYLT1P4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
