GXYLT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GXYLT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,228 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GXYLT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP43, OR10AA1P, and RNU6-1133P. Each is linked with GXYLT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GXYLT1-to-partner and partner-to-GXYLT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP43 grouped by GXYLT1-low versus GXYLT1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GXYLT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GXYLT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
