GULOP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GULOP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,496 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GULOP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EPHX2, KPNA2, and PGAM1_S31. Each is linked with GULOP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GULOP-to-partner and partner-to-GULOP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GULOP versus EPHX2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GULOP→partner) and Y-score (partner→GULOP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
