Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GULOP RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GULOP data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher GULOP RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GULOP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and SKCM show a favorable association.
UCEC, KIRC, and THCA are the cancer types where GULOP RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
