GUCY2D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GUCY2D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 310 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GUCY2D-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERPINA11, RTL4, and TAS2R7. Each is linked with GUCY2D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GUCY2D-to-partner and partner-to-GUCY2D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SERPINA11 grouped by GUCY2D-low versus GUCY2D-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GUCY2D→partner) and Y-score (partner→GUCY2D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
