GUCY2C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GUCY2C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,683 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GUCY2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHCHD1, BOLA3, and RNA5SP86. Each is linked with GUCY2C in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GUCY2C-to-partner and partner-to-GUCY2C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHCHD1 grouped by GUCY2C-low versus GUCY2C-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GUCY2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→GUCY2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
