GUCY2C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GUCY2C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GUCY2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are Di-Ras3, p62 Lck ligand, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with GUCY2C in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GUCY2C-to-partner and partner-to-GUCY2C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Di-Ras3 grouped by GUCY2C-low versus GUCY2C-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GUCY2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→GUCY2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
