The most reproducible GUCY2C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of monoatomic ion transport, Regulation of glutamate uptake involved in transmission of nerve impulse, and Regulation of smooth muscle cell-matrix adhesion. Each is linked with GUCY2C in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GUCY2C-to-partner and partner-to-GUCY2C results are reported.
