GUCY2C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GUCY2C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 355 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GUCY2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10Q1, GNG8, and XCR1. Each is linked with GUCY2C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GUCY2C-to-partner and partner-to-GUCY2C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10Q1 grouped by GUCY2C-low versus GUCY2C-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GUCY2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→GUCY2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
