GTPBP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GTPBP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,015 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GTPBP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are UTP15, PLRG1, and PRIM1. Each is linked with GTPBP3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTPBP3-to-partner and partner-to-GTPBP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UTP15 grouped by GTPBP3-low versus GTPBP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GTPBP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GTPBP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
