GTF3A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GTF3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,859 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GTF3A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSPH1, RBM26, and ZMYM2. Each is linked with GTF3A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTF3A-to-partner and partner-to-GTF3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GTF3A versus HSPH1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GTF3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→GTF3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
