GTF3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GTF3A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GTF3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, MEK1, and Notch1. Each is linked with GTF3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTF3A-to-partner and partner-to-GTF3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by GTF3A-low versus GTF3A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GTF3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→GTF3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
