Across TCGA cell cohorts, GTF3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,336 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GTF3A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Sister chromatid biorientation, Cajal body organization, and Establishment of meiotic spindle orientation. Each is linked with GTF3A in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTF3A-to-partner and partner-to-GTF3A results are reported.
