GTF2H5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GTF2H5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,383 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GTF2H5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCAF8, MAP3K4, and ARID1B. Each is linked with GTF2H5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTF2H5-to-partner and partner-to-GTF2H5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GTF2H5 versus SCAF8 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GTF2H5→partner) and Y-score (partner→GTF2H5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
