Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GTF2H5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,235 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GTF2H5-associated genes across cancer lineages are KPNA2, TRIM37, and PSMD11. Each is linked with GTF2H5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTF2H5-to-partner and partner-to-GTF2H5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GTF2H5 versus KPNA2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.25.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GTF2H5→partner) and Y-score (partner→GTF2H5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
