Across TCGA patient cohorts, GTF2A1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,631 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GTF2A1L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Face development, Cardiocyte differentiation, and Cartilage development. Each is linked with GTF2A1L in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTF2A1L-to-partner and partner-to-GTF2A1L results are reported.
