Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GTF2A1L RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GTF2A1L data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher GTF2A1L RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GTF2A1L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LIHC and KIRC show a favorable association.
UCEC, COAD, and LIHC are the cancer types where GTF2A1L RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
