GSTM5P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSTM5P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,762 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSTM5P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SYN2, RIN2_S486, and SLC9A3R1_S269. Each is linked with GSTM5P1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSTM5P1-to-partner and partner-to-GSTM5P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GSTM5P1 versus SYN2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSTM5P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSTM5P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
